Customers pay one month in advance and subsequently pay monthly. U Store All currently requires 14 days' notice when leaving. If you leave partway through a month, unused days may be refunded subject to the applicable terms.
What can't I put into storage?
Certain items cannot be stored, including animals or plants, flammable liquids, explosives, certain battery-powered vehicles and chemicals. As restrictions may be more detailed, check U Store All's current storage policy or speak with the team before storing anything you are unsure about.
When can I access my storage unit?
Customers can access their storage units during U Store All's stated opening hours. Access is controlled using a personal PIN. Check the current opening hours before visiting the facility.
