How do I get started?

You can either book and move in online directly from our website or you can contact us and we can send you an online move in link to your phone or email. For those who would like some help one of team will be able to assist you in the office within opening hours. Once this is complete, we have received payment and verified your ID, we send you a PIN for the building your unit is in. When you come on site please report to Reception & we will issue you with your FREE padlock & key & show you to your unit. You are then free to come & go as you please within opening hours.

What can’t I put into storage?

You can store most items in our rooms. The exceptions are living items such as animals or plants, flammable liquids & explosives, items that could decompose such as food, unorthorised or illegal goods such as firearms etc.

Is there a minimum storage period?

Payment must be made on the day you move in for 1 month and thereafter a month in advance. 14 days notice is required. If you move out part way through a month we will then refund any days storage not used, so basically you only pay for what you use. If on a special offer/discount then the storage period is for that specific term of the offer, and if you vacate before the term ends no refunds will be given.

Do you offer discounts?

For long term storers we offer the following pre-payment of the whole period discounts:- 10% off 6 months storage 15% off 12 months storage T&C's apply & Managers reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time

How do I pay?

Payments are made a month in advance (no deposit). If you are on a monthly contract and you move out part way through a month we refund you the days storage not taken (only pay for what you use). Payment can be made online via our website, over the phone or via your bank online. We accept debit/credit card/cheque.

Do I need insurance?

We quote a minimum price for each size of unit (you can always have a larger amount if required) which will be added to the monthly storage rate to ensure your goods are covered whilst in storage, or provide proof of your own insurance.
